How to become a probate practitioner
To be a probate practitioner regulated by the CLC, you must first hold a licence as a licensed conveyancer in order to have the additional license to offer probate services.
If you have no educational or practical experience in the provision of probate services you will have to pass a course of training very similar to the CLC conveyancing course. In addition, you must complete two years practical training in probate.
