About 12 months ago we published on our website the executive summary of the findings of a governance review of the CLC, which was conducted by Foresight Partnership, an independent consultancy, between October 2007 and January 2008. I am pleased to update you on the implementation of one of the major recommendations of the review. We have now commenced with the appointment process for a new Chair and six Members of the Council. The attached advert was published in the Sunday Times (18th October).
The newly appointed Council will consist of four licensed conveyancers and three lay (non licensed conveyancers) members. Interested applicants should please follow the instructions as outlined in the advertisement to obtain further information and to apply for these roles.
