CLC Announcement
17 February 2012
The Council for Licensed Conveyancers today, February 17, announces that Chief Executive Victor Olowe is leaving the organisation.
Mr Olowe, who has served as CEO for the last five years, will be moving on to seek new challenges after having successfully led the CLC through a period of significant change.
Anna Bradley, Chair of the CLC said: “During the last five years, Victor has strengthened the operational capability and re‐structured the governance arrangements of the organisation. Significantly, and most recently, he has overseen the CLC's successful application to become the first Licensing Authority for Alternative Business Structures.”
The Council believes that the CLC is in a healthy position to face the future.
Ms Bradley added: “The Council of the CLC thank Victor for his contribution to the organisation and we wish him well for the future."
Victor leaves at the end of February, but due to leave commitments, today will be his last day in the office.
A recruitment process will now begin for a new CEO who will continue the growth and development of the CLC and lead the organisation into its next phase.
